What a pleasure it has been working with Aly over the past year. He has an excellent ability to communicate with patients, parents and colleagues demonstrating effective interpersonal skills. Aly is approachable, professional and as a member of the nursing team, I could rely upon him coming promptly to review patients I had genuine concerns for. I have always felt reassured by Aly's decision making and value the time he gives to nursing staff/students to explain a patients plan of care.
Aly strikes a good balance between professionalism and friendship. He is an intelligent, polite individual who has been an asset to the team.

Aly is kind, caring and meticulous - great qualities in a surgeon. He really listens to patients and explains clearly so that patients feel very confident in his care. I have really enjoyed working with him, an excellent colleague.
